The Äbeni Flue (also known as the Äbeni Flue and the Ebenefluh) (3,962 m) is a mountain in the Bernese Alps in Switzerland It lies towards the eastern end of the Lauterbrunnen Wall.

Starting from the Hollandia Hut turn left up the Äbeni Flue Firn, stay below the Anengrat on the left side untill the end of the crevasses/serac area(see picture 1) and cross the glacier basin to P. 3811 on the Äbeni Flue West Ridge. From here over the ridge to the top. Alternatively the West face is climbed.
This route is a famous step in many Bernese Alps skitours.
