[edit] Approach route

Waymarked from the village, a bridleway heads S across the Lauigrabe torrent. Follow this track which climbs steeply through woods at first and then contours the hillside before climbing again to Pt. 2,059.2 m (Antonius oratory). The path then crosses almost horizontally the sleep slopes of Goldweng before rising steeply again to a commemorative cross. Keep on the path past Färicha (avoid a lower path) before a last steep ascent leads to the hut. In places the path is rather faint but cairned.

  • Spring route:

Simplon village - Bodme (path to 1,800 m) - Blaus Seewji - Sattel
