The Nadelhorn (4,327 m14,196.194 ft
2.689 miles) is a mountain in the Pennine Alps of Switzerland and part of Mischabel. The Nadelhorn is not a difficult climb via the Windjoch.
The ridge between Lenzspitze and Nadelhorn named Nadelgrat provides a beautifull rockclimb. A famous route is the combination the Lenzspitze Northface, Nadelgrat and Nadelhorn, back to via Nadelhorn normalroute to Mischabel Hut.

The first ascent was made in december 1955 by Joseph Zimmerman, butt Supersoxo and Baptist Epiney, led by the guide Franz Andermatten via the Windjoch and NE Ridge.

From the Mischabel Hut(3329m) climb to Windjoch(3850) via the the Hohbalm Glacier and follow the NE Ridge to the summit. First part of the ridge is snow, thereafter rock. The first part contains some rocks that can be rounded (W).
